Update #4

~ Lose 120 lbs. (Starting Weight 361.9) = 303.4     Lost 58.5~ Exercise 30 minutes a day / 5 days a week    I now take a walk (minimum of once around the block.) Usually 2 – 3 blocks at least once a week. I do leg exercizes at least 3 times a week.
~Stick to 1500 calorie diet [...]
