I am Aimée and I love to read. I have been reading for as long as I can remember. Between my mother’s love of horror and true crime, and my Aunt Marge’s fantastic collection of Hard covered VC Andrews books that she let me read ALL of, (and I still love VC Andrews to this day and have ALL of her books.) I have been part of a literate family that made me who I am. At least when it comes to books. I made a New Year’s Resolution this year to read a book a week. I got off course at the beginning of the year (as you can see from the list), but I am now back on track. I got this idea for blogging a journey through 101 books in 1001 days from a fellow blogger, goldiebear, who hails from Minneapolis, MN. Here is her website: http://1001-days-to-read-101-books.blogspot.com/ She is a fellow bookmoocher and as I mooched a book from her, I noticed that she had a unique blog idea. “The Mission is to read 101 book in 1001 days. Or about one book every 10 days. ” I would like to read at least the 101 book and possibly more. I think that this is going to be a great project.

Oh lordy. I have a copy of that last book upper-person just mentioned, should you care to borrow it. Never struck my fancy, personally, but you might dig it.

Guess who ti is and I’ll bake you cookies, bwahaha.

By the way… read some Caitlin R. Kiernan. Particularly ‘Low Red Moon’ although you might need to read ‘Threshold’ to fully understand the ideas therein. They’re some major brain candy, let me tell you, and she’s a damn fine writer. I got her too, if you want it.

Hope you can meet your goal. I’d do this, but really… I read a book every 36 hours, thereabouts, so its not really a challenge.

It should be ‘Read Koontz’s entire catalog in 1001 days’ for me.

But that isn’t a challenge, its fucking torture.

    Hi!

Just want to know if you’ve got an ebook copy of Ira Levin’s Sliver. I saw it on your list.

If you do, can you please share it with me? I’d really appreciate it and I’m a fellow book enthusiasts as well. Thank you in advance!
