Update #4

~ Lose 120 lbs. (Starting Weight 361.9) = 303.4     Lost 58.5~ Exercise 30 minutes a day / 5 days a week    I now take a walk (minimum of once around the block.) Usually 2 – 3 blocks at least once a week. I do leg exercizes at least 3 times a week.

~Stick to 1500 calorie diet (and diabetic diet) with NO exceptions   YES!!! I have even adjusted to lower numbers in all of my diet.

~ Continue to read 101 in 1001   trying to keep up.

~ Walk (try for 30 minutes a day)   Doing okay

~ Keep up with housework and keep dishes done at all times (or at least in dishwasher)   falling behind because I am never home.

~ Keep up tooth hygiene (going to dentist 2 times a year or more) went to the appointment

~ Get and KEEP a therapist   nothing yet.

~ keep a diary / food / exercise journal   Like a pro

~ Keep up with meds, vitamins and supplements   every day

~ Go to bed by 11 PM   yes, and I am definately feeling the benefits of it too.

~ Get up by 9 AM (8 AM by April 7 AM by July)    yes… and soon…

~Stop eating red meat altogether   three times in 3.5 months

~Stop biting my nails   nope, started biting again.

~Begin writing poetry again (at least 1 a week)   nope

~Be more optimistic   trying

~Learn how to type without looking at the keys, but…   nope

~Spend less time on the computer   laughable
